1. Service Description

Yingsuan (yingsuan.top) is an AI API aggregation platform providing unified API access to Chinese AI models. We aggregate multiple mainstream AI model providers, offering simplified API interfaces, pay-as-you-go billing, and unified management.

2. Account Registration & Usage

• You must be 18+ or legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password secure and be responsible for all account activities

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed by Creem. See Creem Terms.

• Pay-as-you-go: Billed based on actual API usage
• Prepaid plans: Purchase compute credits
• Unused prepaid balance is refundable within 7-14 business days

• Platform content is owned by Yingsuan or its licensors
• Content you generate via API belongs to you
• AI model IP belongs to respective providers

6. Limitation of Liability

• Services provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to fees paid in past 12 months

7. Service Changes & Termination

We may modify or terminate services with 30 days notice for major changes. You may close your account anytime. Violations may result in account suspension.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by PRC law. Disputes should be resolved through negotiation first, then through competent courts.
