1. 服务描述
盈算智服（yingsuan.top）是一个 AI API 聚合平台，为用户提供对中国 AI 模型的统一 API 访问服务。我们聚合多个主流 AI 模型供应商，提供简化的 API 接口、按量计费和统一管理功能。
服务范围：GPU 算力租赁、AI 模型 API 访问、技术咨询与支持。
2. 账户注册与使用规则
2.1 注册要求
- 您必须年满 18 岁或达到所在地区的法定成年年龄
- 提供真实、准确的注册信息
- 妥善保管账户密码，对账户下的所有活动负责
2.2 账户安全
如发现账户被未授权使用，请立即通知我们。我们将协助您采取必要措施保护账户安全。
3. 支付与退款政策
3.1 支付方式
目前我们通过银行转账（Wise）收款。下单流程如下：
- 在线即时开通：访问 payment.html，选套餐→Wise银行转账→上传付款凭证→秒级获取API Key（推荐，全自动即时开通）
- 邮件下单：发送邮件至 yingsuan_service@163.com 说明您的需求（API Token档位、GPU实例规格等）
- 银行转账：我们将提供 Wise USD 银行转账的收款信息，您完成转账后即可开通服务
- 转账附言：请在银行转账时附言注明付款用途（如"YingSuan API Token"或"GPU rental"），否则付款可能被延迟处理
3.2 计费方式
- 按量计费：根据 API 实际调用量计费
- 预付费套餐：购买算力套餐，按使用量扣除（4档位：$50 / $200 / $500 / $1000+）
3.3 退款政策
- 未使用的预付费余额可申请退款，将在 7-14 个工作日内原路退回
- 已使用的服务费用不予退还
- 退款手续费：银行转账退款可能产生 Wise/银行端手续费，由客户承担
- 退款申请需提供原始付款凭证和账户信息
- 特殊情况请联系客服协商处理
3.4 大额订单身份验证
为防范欺诈和洗钱行为，单笔付款超过 USD 500 的订单需通过身份验证（KYC）：
- 个人客户：提供政府颁发的身份证明文件（身份证、护照等）
- 企业客户：提供公司注册证明文件
- 客户需简要说明服务使用目的
- 拒绝或无法完成KYC验证的，我们有权拒绝提供服务
4. API 使用限制与禁止行为
⚠️ 禁止行为
使用我们的服务时，您承诺不从事以下活动：
- 违反中国法律法规或输出违法有害内容
- 侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权或其他合法权益
- 进行网络攻击、爬虫滥用或其他危害网络安全的行为
- 转售、分发或以其他方式商业化我们的服务（未经授权）
- 逆向工程、破解或试图获取我们的源代码
- 超过合理使用限制的滥用行为
4.1 使用限制
我们保留对异常高频调用实施速率限制的权利，以保障服务稳定性。如需更高配额，请联系客服。
5. 知识产权声明
- 平台的所有内容（包括但不限于 logo、设计、文字、代码）均为盈算智服或其许可方所有
- 未经书面授权，不得复制、修改、传播平台内容
- 您通过 API 生成的内容归您所有
- AI 模型的知识产权归各模型供应商所有
6. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内：
- 我们按"现状"提供服务，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证
- 对于因使用或无法使用服务导致的任何间接、偶然、特殊损害，我们不承担责任
- 我们的总责任不超过您在过去 12 个月内支付的费用
7. 服务变更与终止
7.1 服务变更
我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利。重大变更将提前 30 天通知。
7.2 账户终止
- 您可以随时申请注销账户
- 如您违反本条款，我们有权暂停或终止您的账户
- 终止后，您的数据将在 30 天内删除（法律另有规定的除外）
8. 反洗钱与合规声明
🛡️ Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
盈算智服对洗钱、恐怖融资及其他非法金融活动持零容忍态度：
- 所有付款必须来自合法、可验证的来源
- 银行转账必须附言注明付款用途，否则可能被延迟或拒绝
- 疑似洗钱的付款将被冻结账户并报告监管机构
- 我们保留对所有可疑交易进行审查的权利
- 向盈算智服付款即表示您确认资金来源合法，并遵守所在司法管辖区的反洗钱法律
9. 适用法律和争议解决
- 本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖
- 如发生争议，双方应首先友好协商
- 协商不成的，任何一方可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼

1. Service Description
Yingsuan (yingsuan.top) is an AI API aggregation platform providing unified API access to Chinese AI models. We aggregate multiple mainstream AI model providers, offering simplified API interfaces, pay-as-you-go billing, and unified management.
2. Account Registration & Usage
- You must be 18+ or legal age in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your password secure and be responsible for all account activities
3. Payment & Refunds
We currently accept payments via bank transfer (Wise). Order process:
- Email your requirements to yingsuan_service@163.com
- We provide Wise USD bank transfer details for payment
- Service is activated upon confirmed payment
- Please include a payment reference (e.g., "YingSuan API Token" or "GPU rental")
- Pay-as-you-go: Billed based on actual API usage
- Prepaid plans: Purchase compute tokens (4 tiers: $50 / $200 / $500 / $1000+)
- Unused prepaid balance is refundable within 7-14 business days (bank transfer fees borne by customer)
KYC Requirement: Orders exceeding USD 500 require identity verification (government-issued ID for individuals; company registration for enterprises). Failure to complete KYC may result in service denial.
4. Usage Restrictions
⚠️ Prohibited Activities
- Violating Chinese laws or generating illegal content
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
- Network attacks, abuse, or security threats
- Unauthorized resale or commercial distribution
- Reverse engineering or cracking
5. Intellectual Property
- Platform content is owned by Yingsuan or its licensors
- Content you generate via API belongs to you
- AI model IP belongs to respective providers
6. Limitation of Liability
- Services provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability limited to fees paid in past 12 months
7. Service Changes & Termination
We may modify or terminate services with 30 days notice for major changes. You may close your account anytime. Violations may result in account suspension.
8. Anti-Money Laundering
YingSuan maintains zero tolerance for money laundering and illicit financial activities. All payments must originate from legitimate, verifiable sources. Payments without clear references may be delayed or rejected. Suspected illicit payments will result in account freezing and regulatory reporting. By paying YingSuan, you confirm your funds are legitimate and comply with applicable AML laws.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by PRC law. Disputes should be resolved through negotiation first, then through competent courts.
